Terms of Service

Effective date: April 15, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Canary Coach services.

Use of service

• You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account information.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and controlling workspace access.
• Coaching decisions remain the responsibility of the coach and athlete; the platform provides decision support.

Data and integrations

• By connecting integrations such as Garmin and Oura, you authorize Canary Coach to ingest and process data made available by those providers for the features currently offered.
• You may revoke integration authorization by disconnecting from the provider account settings; previously synchronized records may remain in Canary systems subject to our retention policy.
• You are responsible for obtaining any athlete consents required for your use of connected data.

Availability and changes

• We may update features, pricing, and policies as the product evolves.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse.

Disclaimers and limitation

• Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
